Is it possible for you to do a edit, clean up and torrent release of the Wakakusa no Charlotte subs by Helena Halestorm? From skimming it, it's a fair bit ESL, but it might make a good base for an editor to clean up. I don't know a lot about subbing, but hopefully it would be somewhat quicker than a full project to between bigger ones. It's available in hardsub on youtube, or .ass format on IA, and she says that "There is also the subtitle files free for anyone to look through, use and modify as long as credit is given to me." https://archive.org/details/Wakakusa-No-Charlotte-English-Subtitles
