Seems that Orphan Fansubs have the raws, so they'll probably sub them sooner or later (later)...

It's just random animation, there are plenty of more interesting series out there just waiting to be subbed. Kenny Lauderdale made a video about Heart Cocktail, so if you want to satisfy your curiosity just watch it and settle for this.
