[Surf] hardsubbed rips of episodes 1-13 from AnimeSols (?) should be good, subtitle-wise. I think the whole thing was/is on Viki, though dunno if the subtitles were good, and keep in mind quality of Viki subs can vary from episode to episode possibly, so check if the late episodes still have acceptable subs or not.
