Tanabata is approaching but http://anidb.net/ch7407 [Kyousuke], being his usual indecisive self, is unable to invite http://anidb.net/ch7408 [Madoka] to a concert and later gets beaten up after making Hikaru cry. In a hospital room Madoka approaches a sleeping Kyousuke, and then... Note: This special was released direct to video and is a compilation of the episodes 13 and 14 of the television series.

Hi! the anime I am requesting is a rare Tanabata special direct to video recap episode of Kimagure Orange Road..Although Kimagure Orange Road media is widely available like its OVAs, TV serial and its movies...but this episode is very difficult to find...I want to give credit to 'Garlic Goblin Ziusudra' a youtuber specializes in finding rare animes...who recently share this episode on forum on Kimagure Orange Road Tanabata special myanimelist page.... here is link to video

It's just a recap of two tv episodes anyway, nothing new.
The video you are sharing is actually TV Special released after the series ended while I am requesting this Tanabata Special which was direct to video and very rare ...check the link I shared its not what you you are talking about and.....this episode is also often confused with 'Kimagure Orange Road: Futari no Koi no Repertoire' which is collections of Anime Music videos
Well, as i said and as you can see, it's just a compilation of two episodes of the tv series. It doesn't need to be subbed.
