Pelsia, a cute ten-year-old girl who grew up among the animals in Africa, is taken back to Japan. She is transported to a magic world where she is given a headband which creates a baton which transforms her into a pretty sixteen-year-old girl with various outfits. She also has two cute magical pets to advise her and her pet lion from Africa, now transformed into a talking plush toy.

This one has some really interesting aspects, specially how Persia suffers the consequences of what the queen left behind on Earth on her first coming. Overall, it could've been done in 39 episodes instead of 48. Still better than the subsequent Pierrot magical girls.
