http://anidb.net/ch53647 [Comet-san] is the young princess of the star kingdom Harmonica, but on the evening of an importent party the prince of another star kingdom vanishes - Comet-san follows him to earth to find and bring back the prince, which is not as easy as she thinks. Note: This is an all animated remake of the old Comet-san series from the sixties (it was mainly live action but used some cel animation for special effects and some of the characters).

I seriously second this! Like Corrector Yui, this is a magical series that long flew under the radar.

The first 21 episodes were subbed by Hikari no Kiseki, but there hasn't been an update since 2006. Would love to see a completion of this series! It's super cute.
